many emergencies in front of us and when they got to us bad news
they have to put the dog under to get the foxtail barb out of her mouth and then check her throat for more
they have to do the procedure and then wait 4 hours for the anesthesia to wear off... and they are busy so no telling when the procedure will even start.
and anesthesia is always risky, we even had to sign a thing about CPR/life saving procedures should something go wrong...
Kiry is my sister post traumatic stress therapy dog, she is a fully certified service dog, she stays by my sister's side almost 24/7... this is the dog she got after tragically loosing all four of her previous dogs, along with her boyfriend, to a speeding drunk almost exactly 10 months ago when she alongside them were hit while in the cross walk.
My sister is having a full blown panic attack, fearing the dog may die... it absolutely tears me apart to see her like this... I feel sick,
